A five-storey mixed-use building comprising of 100 multi-family units that feature an exterior courtyard podium to provide townhome style units on the second level. A parkade is located at the rear with commercial multitenant spaces on the main level. BGA worked closely with the development team and led a full consultant team, including in-house interior design, through multiple program changes to deliver a project incorporating both wood-frame and concrete.
